The Local Urban Plan (PLU) is an essential document for citizens.

What's the point ?

It sets the main guidelines for the development of our agglomeration, specifies the general land uses, organizes the development of space and expresses, within the framework of a sustainable development project, the priorities of the municipality of Courtry in terms of land use. 'development: business or residential areas, road communication routes, agricultural or landscaped areas, public facilities, commercial establishments, building regulations, etc.

Public inquiries and preliminary consultations.


In town planning, the public (residents, associations, economic players) may be invited to give their opinion on development, regulation or zoning projects.


There are two types of procedures, prior consultation and public inquiry, located at different times during the public presentation.
